Following a referral from the current owners of Union Fasteners and our full cooperation with the authorities to ensure the matter was dealt with swiftly, legal action and sentencing has taken place against former company director, Carole Hodson.
We are unable to comment further on the outcome of the legal proceedings, but can confirm that no further action will be taken against the company (as clarified by the SFO).
